If you have your own mail server but want us to host your website, you may want us to setup custom DNS for you. The custom DNS records we will set up are done at registrar level, completely bypassing the entire WESH network and removing any dependancy on our web servers for the DNS email (MX) records. There is another small adjustment we need to make to your web hosting account to force all locally generated emails off the server too.
We can setup custom DNS for you but your mail server *MUST* have its own fully qualified hostname or static IP address.
To request custom DNS to be setup, simply open a support ticket providing us with both your mail servers hostname, and IP address and we shall take care of the rest.
