If you have a Blackberry and are receiving multiple duplicate emails, this seems to be caused by the actual instant email provider themselves. We have seen a huge increase in the number of customers using blackberry devices with our services and as such, are hearing about this email duplication problem more often and it seems that it is caused by the service provider not setting emails as "read" on the remote server, thus downloading them over and over again. This problem does however seem to be quite rare, and resolve's itself fairly quickly, but if the problem does persist, please ensure you do NOT use email forwarding that would send emails back to your incoming address, then contact your instant email service provider immediately.
