We sent out an update a few weeks ago to all 50MB customers to advise that we are adjusting the way we bill for our 50MB packages and to point out that we are changing the 50MB package from a monthly billing package to an annual billing package.
It does seem that a small handful of 50MB customers may not have received this update and are now curious as to why there bill which is normally £3, is now £36 so we are just letting as many of you know as possible to try and ensure you all know about this.
Customers wishing to signup and have monthly billing should start with the 100MB account. If anybody has a problem with this or would like some clarification then please do give us a call on 0845 257 1084
