Changes to our card payment system
On August 1st, 2023, we switched our card processing over to Stripe.
From October 1st, 2023, we will be using Stripe to process your card payments.
Do I need to do anything?
Yes. You must update your card details anytime between now and your next due invoice.
If you get an email from us to let you know that you will need to update your card details, you can verify it's genuine by visiting our announcements here to read this.
Stripe will handle all card payments from October 1st.
All card details can now be updated from within your client area at any time.
If you have any problems updating your card details, please do let us know.

Unpaid invoice notifications
I received an "unpaid invoice notification."... I thought you already had my card details?
Because of such tight security, when we disabled the previous payment gateway, all existing card details were no longer usable.
You will need to log in and update your payment information.
