Dear all

This is to let you know that we are mid way through rectifying the problems with our automated card payments, but it will still take approximate 2/3 weeks to have this issue rectified, so when our automated billing goes out again this month, customers will need to login and pay invoices manually again.

Customers will also notice that stored card details do not require any CVV numbers (Which is the part of our system is being worked on) but customers should currently view invoice then pay manually following the on screen buttons.

DO NOT USE THE "USE CARD DETAILS STORED ON FILE" because this will not work at the moment, you MUST use the "Use the following card" and enter your card details. You will also need to ensure that your address matches the card statement address too as this can also cause payments to fail. Any customers who still have not paid invoices from last month, please telephone us so we can take payment over the phone.
