Verified by Visa or Mastercard securecode payment failed

If you are trying to pay an invoice and reach the "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard securecode" screen only to find you cannot get past this without your payment being declined, it is advised that you check to ensure the address we hold on file for you matches the billing address for the card because these details are sent over to the bank for verification as part of the transaction.

The most common cause of a transaction failing the "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard secure code" service is a mis-match in address or postcode details, but if you have checked to ensure the details match and find that the details we hold are the same as the card billing details, its highly advisable at this stage to either try an alternative card or contact your bank as soon as possible to find out why they are declining the transaction.

Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode are completely controlled by the banks and these verifications systems are NOT set by us so we have no control over them at all, and from 2009 are mandatory, but if you are experiencing difficulty with it, please do feel free to give us a call and we may be able to help over the phone to identify what might be causing the transaction failiure.
