PHP Upgrades to v5.4+

Dear all
Now the new year is finally up and running, we will be commencing the regular PHP upgrades yet again.
This time it will now be to PHP v5.4.x
We are aiming to carry this out as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that PHP upgrades will be regular and in-line with the stable PHP versions themselves.
From 2014 onwards, we will carry out same version upgrades very regularly, and without notice, such as:
PHP 5.4.x <- The X being the part we will upgrade regularly without notice or warning.
PHP 5.X.0 <- The X being the part we will upgrade regularly WITH notice AND warning.
