Unfortunately, we are having a technical problem with credit/debit card payments at the moment, where any attempts to pay manually result in customers being sent right back to the invoice in a never ending loop.
To work around this, please place a card on file and we will process your invoice manually for you straight away.
Automated, recurring payments are not affected by this at all, as this only affects 3D secure registered cards requiring card passwords.
More news to follow as soon as this is rectified.
