Customer services upgrades

Dear All

This is to let you know that by the end of this week, we shall have upgraded our customer services software yet again, and things will look somewhat different, but have the same functionality as before, with a little extra functionality on top.

One good peice of news is that existing customers placing new orders will not be held in a queue, these will go through properly every time and only "NEW" customers will be held in the queue awaiting verification.
