CDP Backup upgrades

Dear All
This is to let you all know that in the next 7 days we shall be upgrading the backup agents on all of our shared and dedicated servers. This upgrade should also resolve the current issue of the R1 backup icon vanishing from cpanel every day after the cpanel software has updated itself.
As each server is upgraded, the R1 Soft icon will be restored correctly.
Should anybody find that the backup icon is missing from the end of May onwards then please do let us know.
