New look website just launched

Dear all

Today we launched our new web site as our old web site was just plain rubbish. I'll admit it, it sucked. So we got stuck in, round the clock to revamp the design, improve the navigation, and generally make it far easier for you to find your way around, and get the information you want and be able to access our help and support easier, and to make ordering easier too.

Easier ordering

You can now jump straight into our new order form from the very top right hand corner of every page on our web site, and our new order form works like a shopping cart, allowing you to order multiple items all in one go without having to keep going through the order process for individual domain names or hosting packages.

New and updated tutorial videos

By now, a lot of customers have noticed that all the Cpanel control panel software has now been fully updated, and it looks very different. Well, we have now updated all of our tutorial videos on our web site to reflect this change, so you can now be guided through any of the functions in the new CPanel by going through the various tutorials found on our helpdesk

We have invested considerable time into improving our web site, so we really would love to hear your feedback on our new web site, and if its not up to scratch then please do tell us how we can further improve it. After all, the web site is for you, not us.
