New Direct Debit payments

I'm sure you are all aware that companies all over the place are now raising their prices dramatically, far above inflation rates.

We don't know about you, but this cash-grabbing greed is something we find unacceptable and only favours shareholders.

Technology is meant to make life easier and bring costs down, not spiral them out of control. So, we have a few ways to tackle it this year. The first is outlined below.

Payment Methods:

To avoid putting prices up, we're simply adjusting how we do things to keep costs under control.

One of the ways we will be doing this is to offer as many clients as possible the chance to switch to Annual Direct Debit payments.

This will eliminate the problems with card payments failing and avoid any interruptions to your services due to failed payments.

We know that AMEX cashback customers might not favour this option, but your cashback comes from merchant fees, which are getting bigger.

So, if you would like to switch over to Direct Debit, please let us know asap, and we will make the required adjustments to your account.

Please do NOT try to pay via Direct Debit without telling us first.

Once completed, you can set up the new Direct Debit Mandate by paying your next invoice online via Direct Debit.

Don't forget that clients who pay for hosting annually also get their entire IT department included for free.
