It seems many have missed the announcement and email we sent out on March 18th regarding card payments.

If you have switched over to Direct Debit Payments you can completely ignore this announcement.

Immediate Updates to Card Payments Needed

As the deadline for Strong Customer Authentication has passed (March 14th 2022), our software developers have replaced the card processing module of our system with a new one to match the new Strong Customer Authentication requirements for taking card payments.

What do I need to do?

Your 3D Secure registered card needs to be re-entered in your client area again, fresh. This can only be done when you have an outstanding invoice to pay.

You must ensure that your card is registered for 3D Secure and Strong Customer Authentication. Please speak to your bank if you are unsure.

Cards that are not 3D secure registered will no longer get approval for payment and will simply fail authorisation and the card details will not be stored.

All previous cards on file can be deleted immediately as they will no longer work.

When do you need to take action?

Immediately. Today.

if you have an invoice outstanding, you will now need to login to our website and manually pay this invoice online, as soon as you see the invoice.

This will set up the secure payment token against your card and no further card updates should be required.

What if I don't understand any of this?

Call us. You can find our number on our website and on the bottom of all emails. We can advise you on what needs to be done and when.
