Sadly, the use of the "PHP http module" is sadly not supported by cpanel.
Installing this module is reported to be unstable and requiring manal installation, which would also be over-written daily by cpanel updates and manual apache/php rebuilds.
This PHP http module is however an alternative to the cUrl wrapper, so you can use cUrl instead, which is fully support on all servers.
