Well, there isnt any specific number for this or minimum/maximum number we aim for due to the wide variety of websites we host, and the resource consumption of such a wide veriety of websites.
However, what we can tell you for certain that we aim for each server to never exceed 25% of its capacity.
Our shared servers all have a minimum of 8GB+ ram, Dual intel quad core CPU's and 600GB+ of RAID10 disk storage, with matching off-site backups for each server/hosting package.
