How will I be billed for renewals?

When you sign-up for a web hosting account on our website you will be sent a welcome email which will contain all the details you need to manage your billing and renewals on-line 24/7.

We will automatically attempt to renew your account using the same details and payment method used when you first signed up. All web hosting renewals are typically due on the 1st of each month and will be invoiced 24hrs in advance. We also send out your renewal invoice by email, with a pdf version attached to it for your records.

From our billing and accounts section you can:

  • View, print, pay invoices online 24/7.
  • Manage your domain name registrations.
  • Manage and edit your domain name DNS.
  • Order extra services such as domain names and/or hosting.
  • Edit all WHOIS contact information for your domain names.

IF YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS DUE TO EXPIRE BEFORE YOUR INVOICE IS DUE TO BE DEBITED, OUR SYSTEM WILL EMAIL YOU TO TELL YOU THAT YOUR CARD IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE MONTH. IF YOU DO NOT UPDATE YOUR CARD AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CANCELLATION REQUEST FROM YOU, WE MAY CHANGE YOUR INVOICE DUE DATE FOR YOU TO ENSURE YOUR SERVICE IS NOT SUSPENDED WHICH WILL GIVE YOU A FURTHER MONTH TO UPDATE YOUR CARD DETAILS.

TYPICAL EXAMPLE:
Invoice due on the 1st of Feb Card expires on 31st January Result: Payment is declined and your hosting suspended! We will automatically change your invoice due date for you so that your card is debited on the 30th or 31st to prevent your account being suspended. You will then receive another notice to let you know your card is about to expire with instruction on how you can update it.
