As part of all of the credit/debit card schemes, UK banks have introduced registration for the Verified by Visa / Mastercard securecode into all online payment processing.

As part of making an manual card payment, you may now be presented with the following screen:
http://techsupport.protx.com/threedsecure.asp#shoppersee

If you DO NOT want to register for the verified by visa or mastercard securecode schemes, you can simply click the cancel/register later button during your payment to continue with your card payment.

Please be aware that this stage of the payment process is not controlled by us and is fully managed by Protx, our card processor and any information you submit to register with Verified by Visa / Mastercard securecode is not captured by us and is sent directly to Mastercard / Visa.

We know it is a pain, and we do ask that customers read these things carefully and not to take out your frustrations on us in the manner that has been displayed already by customers. Were not responsible for this and do NOT deserve the abuse several customers have already displayed.

Like all UK companies accepting card payments over the internet, we must comply with the banks requirements, or simply not take any money. We sincerely hope you understand and at times, beg for your understanding while we are tryng to rectify all the card problems with Protx ASAP.

YOU MUST ALSO ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS/COUNTRY IS AN EXACT MATCH OF YOUR CARD STATEMENT!

Thank you in advance from all the team here. We want to help everybody at all times so if you have a problem, please telephone us, dont send us nasty emails! Thanks :-)
